Well, moving a leaking concrete header tank is not the easiest job, so, a valve bypass and a boost for the hot water pressure was the best option.
The owner was delighted.

Another toilet upgrade another happy customer. Using these Tornado zero rim retrofit toilets are the way forward without having to move existing plumbing.
